Recém-reformado, 2 min da praia e ar split

We had an amazing stay and I would complete recommend staying here. Positive: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great location close to all facilities, including metro. The guidance from the owners was really good and they were very kind. Me and my partner (we both foreigners), had the nice experience to feel a bit part of everyday life of people living in the building. If you like cats, you will love this place. Negative: At the moment of our stay there was some construction work going on which made a bit of noise, but nothing terrible (also part of everyday life).

Excelente localização entre o Catete e o Flamengo Positive: Localização é ótima! Negative: Condomínio é bem velho e as janelas deixam passar todo o barulho da área externa. O AC não funcionou a contento. Ficou pingando bastante praticamente, todos os dias durante a estadia, necessitando usar toalhas para reduzir o incômodo.
