Positive: Fantastic location Negative: The part of the tap in the kitchen was broken, the draws in the bedroom was dirty with hair strands, the cup holders in the bathroom was dirty and the sofabed was unbelievably uncomfortable, wouldnt call it a sofabed we had to ask a friend's to borrow a mattress to put on top of the sofabed so my kids could get a comfortable sleep ,plug sockets were coming off the walls, lampshade in lounge was not working and lastly the timing and short notice of swimming pool not being in use for our stay, we were told after they took payment and few days before our trip! Reception told us that they knew about this for a while and were yet to tell us until last minute
