Positive: We liked the size of the flat, the easy contact with the property, their attention to detail, the helpful 24hour reception, the comfortable beds.
Negative: At first sight, the location does not feel very safe. However, the building is well kept and while walking around even at night we felt safe.
The flat is in a busy road, but the windows are good in keeping the noise away,. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
